    These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and n:lead GmbH ("we", "us"). Your use of n:lead (the "Service") is subject to these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, agree to be bound by them, and agree to our Privacy Policy. You also commit to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

    License to Use Our Services

    Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription plan.

    Intellectual Property

    We retain all rights to the n:lead platform, brand elements, website content, documentation, and other materials. This ownership does not extend to code, content, or applications you generate using the Service. You own your implementations and may use, modify, and distribute them without attribution, license, or royalty to us.

    User Accounts and Content

    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
    • You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
    • We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    Services and Pricing

    DMCA Compliance

    We respect intellectual property rights. To report alleged infringement, contact us with sufficient detail including identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and statements required under applicable law.

    Prohibited Uses

    You may not use the Service to:

    • Engage in illegal activities or violate third-party rights
    • Generate malicious code or harmful content
    • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
    • Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits
    • Generate spam, misinformation, or regulated content without appropriate safeguards

    Limitation of Liability

    We provide the Service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    Indemnification

    You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    Governing Law and Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or binding arbitration in Poland.

    General Provisions

    • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
    • Severability: Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
    • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
    • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them with notice.
